The American Legion Sauls-Bridges Post 13 is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting U.S. military veterans and their families. Since 1919, we have stood as a pillar of support and advocacy for veterans and their families in Tallahassee, Florida. With over a century of service, our Post is rooted in a proud tradition of camaraderie, community leadership, and unwavering commitment to those who have served our country.

Sauls-Bridges Post 13 is dedicated to advocating for veterans, fostering connections among service members past and present, and providing vital support within our community. We believe every veteran deserves a strong network—one that offers friendship, assistance, and opportunities for continued growth.

Advocacy: We champion veterans’ rights, needs, and benefits while working to break stigmas and raise awareness on critical issues like suicide prevention and PTSD.

Community Support: Our programs reach beyond the veteran community, partnering with local organizations, supporting youth and families, and organizing meaningful events such as Veterans Day celebrations and educational workshops.
